오늘의 음악 하나 더

내 인생에서 가장 열심히 가사를 외운 팝송이자

북미 하이틴 영화 속 10대라도 된 양 기억조작하는 노래 ㅋㅋ

중학교 때 이 노래에 어쩌다 꽂혀서

메모장에다가 가사 써놓고 다 외울 때까지 한 줄 한 줄 지워가며 외웠다

목이 쉬었던 그 느낌이 아직도 기억난다.

지금이야 익숙해졌지만 당시에는 생소한 단어들이 많아서 며칠 걸렸던 것 같다

발음도 에브릴라빈이 하는대로 따라하려고 ㅋㅋㅋ ex) 프러스트레이레~ 털ㄴ잇인투~

얼마 전에 마이매드팻다이어리를 보면서

내 맘대로 이 노래를 주제곡으로 정하기도 함

드라마 속 배경은 90년대 후반이지만 

나는 레이와 친구들을 보면서 왠지 모르게 이 노래가 떠올랐다

뮤직비디오는 지금 보니 조금 오글거리긴 하지만

내겐 영원히 명곡으로 남을 노래!!

1,2집은 진~짜 많이 들었는데

아마도 girlfriend 즈음부터 내 취향을 벗어나서 점점 안 들었던 것 같다.

13년에 나온 앨범은 한 번도 안 들어보았네. 처음부터 끝까지 정주행해 보아야겠다!!

언제부턴가 중학교 시절이 암울했다고만 기억하고 있었는데

돌이켜 보니 재미있는 일도 참 많았네!
